Policies
- Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit or a future session.
- Registration is transferable—if someone else will be attending in your place, please contact us via email to update your ticket.
- Children under 12 are not permitted to attend. Guests under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
- Our workshops accommodate up to 12 guests and last approximately 90 minutes. Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us via email.
