We appreciate you shopping with Major Essence. By making a purchase you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our policies.

Section 1 – General Order Policy

Our products are uniquely handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of our craft, no two products will ever be the same. Products carry slight differences in size, smell, color, patterns, designs and consistency. This is completely normal and has no impact on the quality of our products.

All soap and candle products are final sale. All sale and clearance items are final sale. Please carefully read all product descriptions when placing your order.

It is to the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

An item that is ‘out of stock’ will be refunded or replaced with a similar item that is at the company’s discretion. We may also contact you for selection of a replacement item.  This is a rare occurrence but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

An item that is ‘back ordered’ will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You may receive a partial order in the event that the backorder time exceeds 7-10 business days. We are always working hard to get you your items as promptly as possible.

Any shipping changes or requests that need to be made to an existing order should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made beyond 24 hours would be subject to the company’s discretion if that request is to be honored.

If an item appears to be missing from an order, this will be immediately addressed. It is our top priority to get you your item(s). Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

Sections 2 – Return Policy

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations – exceptions do apply. Returns will be accepted for: all jewelry products. All body soaps and candles are final sale.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, unless they are received in the mail damaged or defective (Please provide photographic evidence of damage when making return requests).

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery for returns. 3 day max for missing, damage, or defects. Ship the item(s) back within: 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the item(s). Section 3 – Shipping Policy 

Unless otherwise stated or informed, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. This time does not include postal delivery time provided via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping costs are not regulated by Major Essence but are dictated by the current USPS rates determined by weight and shipping destination.

The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.

We at Major Essence are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. We will do our best to help assist you with any shipping issues that may occur.
